Anyone who cannot or does not drink cow milk and regularly consumes plant-based drinks instead, has probably already noticed that these are more expensive than conventional cow milk. On top of that, many of these drinks contain added sugars. Make sure you check the list of ingredients very carefully.
It is quite easy to make plant-based drinks yourself! You only need a few ingredients and it also tastes much better 😉

- 1 coffee cup almonds
- 1 coffee cup coconut flakes
- just under 1,5 litres water
- 1 pinch of salt
Soak the almonds overnight. Pour out the water the next day and rinse the almonds again. You can use peeled or unpeeled almonds. Once soaked, the almonds can also be peeled very easily.
Add the almonds, coconut flakes, water and salt to the blender and mix well for about 30 seconds until a nice consistency is achieved.
