6.Retention of title

The goods remain the property of AND SOY until full payment has been completed.

 

7.Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract without reason within fourteen days i.S. of the KSchG. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party of your choosing, have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide AND SOY with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) informing us about your decision to revoke this contract. If you revoke your contract, we will refund all received payments, minus a processing fee, as soon as possible. At the latest you will be refunded within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of your withdrawal was received. For this reimbursement, we use the same method of payment that was used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold a refund until the goods have been returned. You are required to return the goods within fourteen days of the date on which you have informed us of the withdrawal of this contract.The deadline is met when proof of the return shipment having been dispatched within the fourteen-day timeframe is provided. The customer bears the costs of returning the goods.

The consumer has no right of withdrawal on:

• Goods that spoil rapidly or whose expiration date would be exceeded within too short a timeframe.
• Goods that are delivered sealed and for health and hygiene reasons are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• Goods that were mixed with other goods and have become undividable post-delivery.

8.Limitations of liability

With the exception of personal damage, AND SOY is only liable for damage caused due to deliberate or grossly negligent behavior. This also applies to direct and indirect consequential damages, i.e. in particular loss of profit. Liability for financial losses due to slight negligence is excluded.

AND SOY is not liable for any misuse of their E-mail address when used by unauthorized persons.

These limitations of liability apply mutatis mutandis in favor of employees and agents of AND SOY.

Claims for liability under the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
