According to the western nutritional science, it contains valuable ingredients, especially vitamin K, potassium, magnesium, iron, copper and manganese. According to the criteria of Chinese dietetics, its taste is bitter and its temperature behavior is slightly cooling.   • 500g asparagus
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 piece of ginger (about 5 cm)

  1. Peel the asparagus, remove the 'woody' parts and cut into 3cm long pieces. Place the tips to the side for later use.
  2. Peel the potatoes, onion and ginger and cut into small pieces.

  4. Add all of the ingredients to the AND SOY jug. Fill it with cold water up to the middle of both marks.
  5. Select program 2 and start.
  6. Boil the asparagus tips in water for 5 minutes and drain.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Place the asparagus tips in the asparagus cream soup and serve.
