Zutaten

  • 300g carrots
  • 200g red lentils
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 slices of fresh ginger
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1 tsp cumin and coriander
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt

Zubereitung

  1. Roughly chop up the carrots and onion.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to the AND SOY blender and top it up with cold water until in between the two marks.
  3. Close the device and select program 2. After about 30 minutes the soup is ready. The only thing left to do is to serve and enjoy it.
