White beans are a great and healthy all-rounder. They provide minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus. Enjoy this 100% plant-based, non-lactose and non-dairy soup.
- 1 ½ cups white beans (about 150g)
- 1 cup cashew nuts (about 100g)
- Soak the white beans overnight and rinse them thoroughly.
- Place the beans and cashew nuts in the AND SOY jug. Add cold water until in between the two marks.
- Select program 2 and start.
- Season with salt and lemon juice. Garnish with leek and croutons to serve.
