White beans are a great and healthy all-rounder. They provide minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus. Enjoy this 100% plant-based, non-lactose and non-dairy soup.


  • 1 ½ cups white beans (about 150g)
  • 1 cup cashew nuts (about 100g)


  1. Soak the white beans overnight and rinse them thoroughly.
  2. Place the beans and cashew nuts in the AND SOY jug. Add cold water until in between the two marks.
  3. Select program 2 and start.
  4. Season with salt and lemon juice. Garnish with leek and croutons to serve.
