Last night we had soup again! Recently I’ve been eating a lot of salad in the evening due to time constraints. This wasn’t too good for my stomach. So, the soup was really nice and comforting. TCM also recommends you to keep dinner as light as possible, so that the core is not weakened.

Zutaten

(serves 4)

  1. 400g carrots
  2. 50g red lentils
  3. 1200ml of water
  4. 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Salt / pepper
  7. black sesame as topping

Zubereitung

I made the soup in the AND SOY cooking blender (program 2). Do not forget to rinse the red lentils first! The soup is also good for children, because, due to the orange color, the red lentils are not noticeable ;-)
