Zutaten

  • 400g freshly harvested chard
  • 1 cup millet
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Zubereitung

  1. Wash, clean and cut the chard into small pieces.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into the jug of the AND SOY blender. Fill it up to the maximum mark with cold water.
  3. Select program 2, start and before you know it the soup is ready.
