Mixed bean soup

An old Chinese proverb states: A day can go by without meat, but no day can do without beans. Beans don’t just make us happy, they provide us with plenty of iron, folic acid and fibers and they cleanse our body.


  • 100g AND SOY bean mix
  • 100g carrots
  • 100g potatoes
  • 300g tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp cane sugar


  1. Soak the mixed beans overnight, thoroughly rinse them and add them to the jug.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables.
  3. Fill it with cold water until in between both marks.
  4. Select program 3 and start.
