Zutaten

  • 800g of ripe tomatoes, cut into quarters (remove the stems)
  • 180g diced red bell peppers
  • 120g diced onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100g apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 10 mustard seeds
  • 10 peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp of hot paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100g honey

Zubereitung

  1. Put all of the ingredients into the AND SOY cooking blender. Select program 2 and start.
  2. Pour the ketchup into screw-top jars, seal them and place them upside down for 10 minutes whilst allowing it to cool.
  3. Homemade ketchup can be kept in the fridge for approximately 3 months.
