• 1 cup of millet
  • 2 cups of Hokkaido pumpkin, with shell, cut into small pieces
  • 1 piece of ginger (about 5cm), grated walnuts or cashew nuts to use for garnishing


Millet is not only a gluten-free grain, it also scores high because of its abundance of iron, magnesium and especially silica in the form of silicon. It stimulates the elasticity and resilience of our connective tissue. It strengthens nails, hair, teeth and bones and is suitable for diabetics. In TCM, millet is allocated the element earth.


  1. Add the ingredients to the AND SOY blender. Pour in cold water up to the maximum mark.
  2. Select program 3 and start. Depending on how thick you want the porridge, you can also use 1½ cups of millet.
