Zutaten

  • 1 cup amaranth
  • 1 cup quinoa

zum Bestreuen

  • 1 large pear, cut into small pieces
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Zubereitung

  1. Rinse the quinoa and amaranth until the water is clear.
  2. Put both into the jug.
  3. Fill it with cold water until in between both marks.
  4. Select program 3 and start.
  5. Serve with all other ingredients.
