My daughter has braces now. Unfortunately, she cannot chew her favourite nibbles anymore, such as nuts, carrots and dried mango. What should she have as a snack? We baked these power balls together. They are delicious and crispy, ideal as a snack and for in between. Of course you can vary the ingredients according to your own taste.
- 300g Okara (the soy pulp that was left over from the strainer when making soy milk)
- 100g coconut oil (liquid)
- 450g oats
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- Mix all the ingredients together. Form roughly 60 balls out of the mixture with lightly damp hands and roll them one by one in sesame seeds.
- Bake in the oven at approx. 180°C for 30min.
