• 400g fresh red cabbage
  • 1 small red onion
  • ½ cup of rice
  • 2 Tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 cup of cashew nuts
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Croutons and fresh herbs to serve.

  1. Remove the outer leaves of the red cabbage, quarter the red cabbage and cut out the stalk in a wedge shape. Then cut the cabbage into small pieces.
