• 1 small sweet potato
  • 350g peas (frozen)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


  1. Peel the sweet potato, onion and ginger and cut into small pieces.
  2. Place all ingredients into the AND SOY blender jug. Fill it with cold water until in between both marks. Select program 2 and start.
Alternative: Add ½ cup grated coconut. The fine coconut flavour gives the soup a particularly exotic taste.
