• 2 cups of grated organic coconut
  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • juice of 1-2 lemons


  1. Add the coconut flakes to the AND SOY blender. Fill it up with cold water to the 1,3L mark.
  2. Select program 4 and start. Squeeze the finished coconut milk through the supplied strainer.
  3. Peel and cut the bananas and mango and place the pieces in the jug with coconut oil and lemon juice.
  4. Add the coconut milk up to the 1,3L mark. Select program 5 and start.
  5. The mixture needs approx. 4 hours in the freezer and should then be mixed again.
