• 2 cup cashews
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp linseed oil
  • 2-3 dates


The so-called "Nut pomace" can be used for smoothies, muesli, granola bars or even "vegan cheese". I have presented the basic recipe here because I actually like it the most and it is the most versatile. Cashew milk can however be refined and changed as desired. Simply add the chosen ingredients to the AND SOY cooking blender. A few suggestions:
  • spices: cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, turmeric, ....
  • cocoa, carob, ...
  • coconut
  • dried fruit
  • whatever else you like


  1. Add all of the ingredients into the AND SOY blender.
  2. Add water until in between the two marks and start program 2.
  3. After cooking, sift the drink through the sieve and fill up the bottle, close it and cool it in a cold water bath.
  4. Thereafter you can put the finished cashew milk in the refrigerator.
