A deliciously light and easy to prepare fish soup that will delight you too. The colour of the soup changes depending on the fish you’ve chosen to use.

In the image shown, shell fish and catfish fillets were used for the soup.

Zutaten

  • 200g fish fillets
  • 100g white cabbage
  • 100g carrots
  • 100g potatoes
  • 1 piece of leek (about 8cm)
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger (about 5 cm)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • wholemeal croutons
  • fresh herbs such as dill or parsley

Zubereitung

  1. Depending on the availability, you can use fresh or frozen fish fillets, such as salmon, catfish, cod or other seafood. A mixture of both fresh and frozen is also possible.
  2. Wash the fish, pat it dry and cut into small pieces.
  3. Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into 2 cm pieces. Chop up the white cabbage, leek, ginger and garlic.
  4. Add all of the ingredients to the jug. Fill it with water until in between the two marks.
  5. Select program 2 and start.
  6. Garnish with parsley or dill and serve with wholemeal croutons.
  7. Tip: You can also use program 3 if you do not want the ingredients to be pureed as much.
