• 2 cups of Adzuki beans
  • 30g coconut oil
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 60g cane sugar
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 3 Tbsp grated coconut
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt


  1. Soak the adzuki beans overnight and add them to the AND SOY blender. Fill it up with cold water until in between both marks. Select program 2 and start.
  2. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
  3. Allow 400g of the adzuki bean paste to cool. Mix it with the coconut oil, cocoa powder, sugar, almonds, grated coconut and egg yolks. Fold the egg whites into the mixture.
  4. Put the dough into a greased baking tin. Bake it in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 35-40 minutes. Leave it to cool for at least 1 hour.
