Zutaten

  • 200g spelt flour
  • 200g ground nuts
  • 150g coconut blossom sugar
  • 30g rapeseed oil
  • 1 packet of baking soda
  • Okara as needed

Zubereitung

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and the oil.
  2. Gradually stir in the Okara with a hand mixer until a thick paste has formed.
  3. Depending on the moistness of the Okara this can be more or less.
  4. Grease a Guglhupf tin with a little rapeseed oil and pour in the dough.
  5. Smooth it out and bake it at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  6. Allow the cake to cool and tumble it out of the baking tin.
