• 250g wholemeal flour
  • herb mixture of your own choice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 apple
  • 100g celery
  • 3 Tbsp natural soy sauce
  • some soy milk (in our case homemade)


  1. Chop the onion & celery into small pieces. Simply mix all of the ingredients together & add as much homemade AND SOY soy milk to keep the dough together. Roll the mixture into dumplings or pour it into baking moulds (as in photo). Make sure to grease the baking moulds.
  2. Place the baking moulds on a baking tray and fill it with a bit of water. Place the dumplings in the oven for 50-60 minutes at 180ºC.
