Zutaten

  • 1 cup whole grain rice (or millet, spelt, kamut, rye, corn, barley, quinoa etc.)
  • 1 tsp linseed oil or rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 - 3 pitted dates

Zubereitung

  1. Place the soaked and washed grains directly into the jug.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Fill it with cold water until in between the two marks.
  4. Select program 2 and start.
  5. If desired, you can add 1 Tbsp grated coconut and 1 Tbsp sesame seeds.
