- 1 cup whole grain rice (or millet, spelt, kamut, rye, corn, barley, quinoa etc.)
- 1 tsp linseed oil or rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 - 3 pitted dates
- Place the soaked and washed grains directly into the jug.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Fill it with cold water until in between the two marks.
- Select program 2 and start.
- If desired, you can add 1 Tbsp grated coconut and 1 Tbsp sesame seeds.
